As I have shared with you and certainly do not mind sharing with other struggling women, I have suffered serious female problems for the last ten years. I have coped with irregular bleeding to the point of hemorrhaging which has caused chronic anemia and numerous embarrassing situations... like the white sofa at my sister's house on Christmas Eve when all the family was opening gifts, or the white sofa at a client's party in my honor, the horrors go on and on. My first incident with this condition happened in 1990 at a client's store. I found myself in the restroom mopping blood off the floor. I thought I was having a miscarriage. Can you imagine my emotional state? I have bled so hard that I literally did not have strength to get out of bed. I was hospitalized in 1996 because my hemoglobin count was so low. I escaped a blood transfusion by the skin of my teeth! Additionally, I have suffered serious migraine headaches since my early twenties. I have had only one pregnancy which is the only reason I have an only child. My husband and I always wanted three children, imagine our disappointment. Obviously my reproductive system has had more wrong with it than chronic bleeding. I have been given estrogen, progesterone and combinations thereof, all of which intensified and increased the frequency of migraine headaches. I have never been able to get through the initial phase of these treatments due to the headaches. I have resisted based on the premise that a hysterectomy is irreversible and shirley there is another answer. I came to your seminar a doubter, perhaps even with a chip on my shoulder. After all, I have spent a fortune with doctors not only locally but at the Mayo and Cleveland Clinics. I have also tried herbs, vitamins, transcendental mediation, yoga, biofeedback, etc.,etc.,etc,! But I listened to Dr. Amy and what she said made common sense, so I signed up. I have not had one hemorrhaging episode since we began last May. I have had spot bleeding and of course "regular periods", but after what I have been through mini pads and regular tampons are a walk in the park! My migraines have been less intense and less frequent. I sleep better! I have more energy! I feel younger! I am exercising more! Drinking fewer cocktails to chase away the work day trials and tribulations. My life has definitely improved. I am sharing this because I believe in helping others help themselves. You have my permission to share this letter. If any woman would like to speak with me one on one, feel free to have her get in touch with me. I am indeed a very grateful person and I thank you, Doctor Amy! I look forward to my adjustment and sharing a few laughs with you! Connie B. |
